应用
Sodium L-(+)-tartrate dihydrate is used in buffers for molecular biology and cell culture applications. It is also used as an emulsifier and a binding agent in food products such as jellies, margarine, and sausage casingsand also as a food additive.

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Incompatible to strong oxidizing agents.
