应用
Europium(III) oxide is used as an agent for the manufacture of fluorescent glass. It can be used in the anti-counterfeiting phosphors in euro banknotes and red or blue phosphor in television sets. It shows a useful application as an activator for yttrium based phosphors.

备注
Hygroscopic. Keep the container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Incompatible with strong acids.
