Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, 10X) is an isotonic, non-toxic to most cells and is used in biological research. It is associated with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and is used to disengage attached and clumped cells. It also helps to maintain a constant pH.

备注
Contains 100mM phosphate buffer, 27mM potassium chloride and 1.37M sodium chloride at pH 7.4. Store in cool place. Keep the container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents and strong acids.
