10X PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) solution consisting of 80.6mM sodium phosphate, 19.4mM potassium phosphate, 27mM KCl and 1.37M NaCl in high purity dH₂O, pH 7.4.

Solution is 0.2 μm filtered and dispensed into durable, square Nalgene bottles. The 5 L size is supplied in an upright carton with a convenient dispensing spout.

Dilute to 1X with high purity dH₂O for a solution consisting of 10mM phosphate, pH 7.4 ± 0.1, 2.7mM potassium chloride and 137mM NaCl.
